C) In case you are applying online for the first time you need to register fresh

	1. Do a registration with your email id.
	2. You need to note down and reuse this email every time to Login
	3. Please note down your password when registering

Notes

	1. Candidate cannot make more than one application for a scholarship type.
	2. The Same applicant cannot make 2 applications for the same scholarship type. BOTH applications would be rejected if we find duplicate application
